Cancellations by Studio Allegory
If we cancel an event, you may choose between a full refund or a credit toward a similar future event. Refunds are processed within 10 business days.
Cancellations by Participants
To cancel, email us at [email] with your name and the event name.
- More than 48 hours before the event: Full refund.
- Between 48 hours and the start of the event: 50% of the ticket price, less a $3 administrative fee OR ticket transfer to a similar future event.
- After the event has started or no-show: No refund or credit.
Multi-Session Workshops & Series
If we cancel an event, you may choose between a full refund or a credit toward a similar future event. Refunds are processed within 10 business days.
- Before the first session: Full refund.
- After the first session has started: No refund. Credits toward future programming may be offered at our discretion.
Event Changes
If we significantly change the time, date, location, or instructor of an event, you may request a full refund regardless of timing.
Special Events
Some events may have different cancellation terms. These will be clearly posted on the event page before purchase.
How Refunds are Processed
Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days. At-the-door cash purchases are refunded by e-transfer or in person.
Wait Lists and Transfers
